Right after my bearded dragon boarded here, he went catatonic and then died. He lost weight while boarding, and just wasn’t the same. I asked them after what had happened and they claimed they just ‘followed instructions’. When I picked him up, his tank had almost 20 crickets in it! Not only was it a waste of money, but I lost my pet. Cannot warn anyone enough.
Everyone was amazing and loving to my puppy.
They take such good care of our fur babies here!
My hamster got into a fight with his brother and sustained an eye injury. We searched for a vet to take him to and was finally told we needed to go to an exotic pet clinic. The staff at Chastain were so wonderful and treated us and Saul with such care. Saul did not make it, but the kind attention made a difficult situation bearable. They even sent us a card expressing the condolences on our loss. What a wonderful gesture, above and beyond expectations!!! They truly love a ALL animals!!!
