Dr. Sue, Dr. Samantha, and Dr. Julie really are the best! The entire staff at Preston Road animal hospital goes above and beyond for their patients! My 15 year old Chihuahua needs quite a bit of TLC and anytime I call worried about her, Dr. Sue makes the time to see her, even when her schedule is already full. I also love that they are open 7 days a week and close later in the evenings around 7pm. Wonderful people! Very sweet and Very smart! All of our pets have come here for many years, but one special memory is when the doctor caught a problem with our precious labs spleen during a regular check up! She needed emergency surgery. Dr. Julie saved her from having a burst spleen!! The whole staff is great!
Chastain has been so amazing with my fur baby since 2014. They are patient, understanding, and so accommodating with his wild self & anxiety 💞 They are thorough & make sure they give the best treatment and options every time.
Love this vet office! Every vet and vet tech I’ve met with (and I’ve met about three of their vets) has been a delight. They really go out of their way to put you at ease and they’re so loving and wonderful with my baby Gidget (cat). Really glad I found this place.
