We had a wonderful first time visit at Chastain Veterinary Medical Group in McKinney last week. The entire staff was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. Dr. Mari was so knowledgeable, kind and caring with our little Maggie. We really appreciated how sweet and gentle Dr. Mari and Eric, the vet tech, were with Maggie during her exam and vaccinations. We highly recommend taking your pets to this group of Doctors!
Over a seven year period of doing business with this establishment in McKinney, we are finally fed up! The last few years have been the worst. Multiple times we have been misqouted on specific procedures, only to find out that the cost was considerably more when we returned for our animals. 3 times we have actually been shown the price on paper for procedures and boarding, and a few days later come back to a larger bill! I brought my young puppy Kaizer in today after he was attacked by another dog, for what I assumed would be just a few stitches. In their thorough examination it was discovered to be much more severe than we initially thought. They were very prompt and kept me informed throughout the process and worked with me to develop a plan to fit my specific financial situation, without limiting the care for my pet. By far the best service I've ever had in dealing with a vet. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
This is by far the best clinic I have ever been to. The staff is always very personable and the Doctors are very well informed and trained. The environment makes you very comfortable as well. This is the only place I feel comfortable taking my animals to. Thank you guys for all your great service! :)
