Dr. Sebastian was great when I needed braces as an adult. He was professional, kind and made it easy on a working guy! His staff was one of the best groups I have ever been around when you measure what it means to be a team. The group served my two children with the same first class treatment. Do NOT consider Dr. Michael Sebastian at Elite Smiles. We had a horrible experience at his office last week when my 7 year old daughter got her braces off. He was rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. The whole interaction with him was extremely bizarre. Be skeptical of all the good reviews on social media. His office gives prizes for reviews.
We love Dr. Sebastian and recommend him to all of our friends and clients. He created a wonderful smile for our son years ago (now 22) and we are back for more braces for our 10 year old daughter. He is professional, personable and his office staff is so accommodating. Thumbs up for Dr. Sebastian. � �
We absolutely love Dr. Sebastian and his entire staff! Both daughters had braces by him and have been following up with check-ups and retainer checks.... Amazes me how personable and welcoming everyone is after all these years!!! Thank you Elite Smiles!!!
I have never hesitated to recommend Dr. Sebastian to family and friends because he and his entire staff go over and beyond to provide a professional and caring atmosphere. From the detailed consultation to the beautiful end result, Dr. Sebastian provides excellent care and service every step of the way to adults and children! My children and I are very grateful patients and have better smiles to prove it!
Dr Sebastian is top notch! He has been our family's orthodontist for years and he has many times gone above and beyond what is expected. He has met us after hours and on the weekends when we have had a problem that couldn't wait until office hours. It is easy to get an appointment and his staff is amazing! I bet Rhonda would still know our daughters names after years of not seeing them. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike to everyone I know! We owe their smiles to him!!
Dr. Sebastian has been our Orthodontist for over 20 years and we have our 5 kids and my husband and I as well to prove it! Yes seven sets of braces! We absolutely have had the most professional and excellent treatment from Dr. Sebastian and his staff(they are awesome) over the years which is why we have continued to go back to his practice and refer so many of our friends and family to the Elite Smiles practice over the years. As an "elder" orthodontic patient, I cannot recommend Dr. Sebastian and staff any higher than the site allows. I want to make it a 10!!!
Great coffee, real milk! But seriously my boys are doing great here. Update: Still doing great. Big day today: older son gets braces off!
