Update to my previous 1 star review:: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! The people who run this operation DO NOT care about their residents, they are only in it for the money they can get from/for the property owners. They just sent out a "tenant letter" stating that they will be doing "contactless" move-out inspections (that would ONLY benefit them/the owners) I know for certain that my lease reads that if I am not present for my inspection then I forgo the right to contest any charges, they are trying to take advantage of the... read more
Long story short, this company was very difficult to work with as a tenant. They were disorganized, rude, and constantly had excuses whenever mistakes were made. The six months I lived there were very stressful. I felt like a prisoner in a place that’s supposed to be a home. My advice is to find another rental company to do business with.
Going on hour 2 of our door knob being broken and having ZERO response from this "management" team. It's 9:30pm, we have a 6 month old baby and aside from just that, this is a safety risk. Their emergency line is actually an answering service they pay to have place their residents on hold for 30 minutes and then tell them "your issue may not be addressed tonight, depends on if anyone responds." If you are thinking of property management with them, read this CJ and L managed our property for over 3 years and our experience with them towards the end is bitter. In our 4 unit property, they didn’t maintain a good customer relationship with our tenants and due to that, all of them left the unit in a very bad condition and 4 units vacated in a short period of time which leave us in losing money on the property. Absolutely not! NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY! I lived in a rental property for 2 years with this management. They will disrespect you every chance they get. I always paid on time, never caused any issues but when I needed some flexibility due to my husband being called for military training they declined and did not offer any solutions. They will say they are negotiable and reasonable but only if you accept their terms. Usually those terms only benefit them. BE WARNED they will put your rent on your credit report.
