This place and the staff are HORRIBLE! Bethine will call you a deadbeat if you don't pay your rent and she will turn your water off because of nonpayment also. She has done this to several tenants, even those that have chosen to move because they've lost their job. The homes are falling apart, cabinets coming aprt. roofs leaking, mold growing on walls. screen doors falling off, and they will not repair anything. They also steal your rent money.
