Beware of these people! The elderly owners, Bethine and Martin are extremely dishonest. I lived there 1 year, always abided by the rules, always paid my rent on time. Thier yard people tore up the skirting on my new mobile home with their weed eaters. They do not enforce the animal rules (dogs are tied up outside, which is against THEIR rules). Nice neighborhood but the management is horrible. They are mean and very dishonest, especially Bethine.She has a very cutthroat attitude, she doesn't listen and she will do anything to get her way.

Mobile Home Park is nice & quiet for families. HOWEVER, their management is absolutely horrible! I have experienced it 3 times and I have only lived here for a year. A female receptionist at their office argued and insulted me the first time because we wouldn't meet their demands in their time frame with short notice. Do not move here, this place is a dump, management is mean, terrible, ignorant and completly unorganized. We have only been here 3 days and so far we have a home full of roaches, fridge stopped and leaked all over, dishwasher was full of dead bugs and was filthy, i ran it once to try cleaning and it leaked all of the water on the hardwood floor, which is now bowing and ruined, and lastly the plumbing all went to hell during my sons bday party.
