I have no accounts with Chase Bank. I used to have a credit card and a checking account. I owe Chase Bank nothing. I must have signed up for a credit monitoring alert at some point, probably on my credit card. I keep getting credit monitoring alerts but I can't access them because I have no accounts. According to their website, the only way I can access these alerts is to call a customer service number listed on their website for help. Had apply for a checking account with them, not only did they hold the check for 2 weeks, for no reason. But also when debit card send out now it's lost I reached out they legit he would say to me well I can't do anything we did send it out and to expedite you have to pay a fee. YOU CAN'T WAIVE Fee of 5$ as customer service assistance that's ridiculous, I then also asked if I can be able to basically send to different address if I paid for it, they said no. WHY THIS IS HORRIBLE.

Chase.com has a travel department to book airfare from using your rewards points. Today I compared Chase’s prices for a round trip ticket from Sacramento CA to New York NY and noticed Chases pricing was double the direct airline prices. Why? Why is there such a huge discrepancy in pricing and why would Chase charge their customers such high fees. Who’s looking out for consumers that don’t understand to look at both before buying airfare. This company is good for not sending statements until the bill is past due. They are really quick to send the past due notice and charge past due fees. I just financed an auto with them. Three months in and I just received my first statement (past due, of course). They set up the statements to go out quarterly, yet expect payments monthly. They cannot remove the late fee.... hmmm, imagine that. I believe this is done on purpose to collect late fees. I had excellent credit before working with them. I used to love the bank but when I had an obvious issue I received the worst customer service ever from this bank. Transferred to people that couldn't help me I was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to do a stop payment and that's terrible for a bank of this magnitude

In many ways, Chase is a good bank. But their customer service is abysmal. As an example, today they filed a legitimate charge of mine as fraudulent. Instead of doing whatever they could to make it right they said: "Well, just buy it again." Fine. I did. Then they denied that charge too. I had to call their customer service line 5 times to get this straightened out. I was hung up on 4 out of the 5 calls. I was also given 2 conflicting reasons for the second charge being denied. I tried to work with Kristie C***** on obtaining a loan for buying an apartment. I find her very irresponsive. For example, last time I e-mailed her about two weeks ago but no response at all as of today.

I have had my chase credit card for about 3 years with a credit limit of $26,000, out of no where they cut my credit limit down to $13,000 which ruined my Credit score. I make my payments on time, I don't have bad debt and I make good money and seeing a bad credit score for someone who is on top of making sure my score is alway great is devastating. since you can't get any help online for anything, you have to call customer service. Chase gave away my families money to a crook that presented a counterfeit drivers license to initiate a wire transfer. The bank allowed the wire transfer of a very large amount. When we found the transaction on our online banking we contacted the bank to stop the wire, they did not. We found the transaction 3 hours after it was initiated.
