Incompetent and condescending. Two of the worst qualities you can have as a doctor. Not sure why Ascension still allows her to work for them when she gets a lot of bad rep from staff and patients.
Dr. Chartier and her staff are amazing. Sorry that she is retiring but will continue to use Associates in OB/GYN.
Dr. Chartier is the best Dr. Ever, she is so sweet, and listens to you, she makes sure you are taking good care of. I just love her.
I was disappointed after being promised on the phone Dr Chartier could refill my prescription for bio-identical hormone cream, because she said during the visit she does not EVER refill it for anyone over 65. The appointment maker should be trained and let callers know it’s not a clear ‘yes’ AND you must be <65 years of age. It was a waste of my time since that was the only reason for my visit. I feel taken advantage of - like all they cared about was getting an annual exam fee out of me. I will not return.
