have better cars and better customer service
I've had lemons before o i was very hesitant to do a buy here pay here again.....but the lady that owns is assured me it wouldnt be like that......n she was/is rite.....i bought my car as is but even tho they still fixed my truck no problem.....they even got me a hell of a deal on tires bc they didn't want my kids in the truck with bad tires.....picked up my vehicle n delivered it as soon as it was done.....they have even given me rides n 20 dollars for gas as well.... Im deff getting another truck from them
Will never buy another vehicle or recommend them to anyone. First I way overpaid for the piece of shit I bought from them and have dumped a lot of money into it just to keep it running. And not to mention they all the RUDEST people i have ever dealt with in my life. Not the way to do business if you want referrals and repeat business.
I just got a 03 camry from Chars two weeks ago. I love my car!! Melody was great helping pick out what was in my budget. Place is very friendly and professional. Will definitely go back when getting another car!
Tom down there was amazing! Good honest salesman! Never thought there was such a thing either! He took good care of us! Got my hubby into his dream truck :)
