My first visit today... I was so nervous since I scheduled the appointment. Once I was called back and walked into the exam room, ( I can’t remember the dental nurses name) she made me feel at ease instantly. Explained everything that she was performing before doing. Dr. Charpentier was amazing, exactly what I was hoping for/ more than I expected. Julie I can’t express how much I appreciated you being so thorough with me and very kind!
I wouldn't recommend NO ONE to this dentist, i been here for years with no help or improvements... they goes up on my bill and i payed what they told me i had to pay !!! I dont know why i switched my dentist here I REGRET IT 😡😤
I initially went because a good friend of mine works there BUT let me just say I’m so glad she does because this place is great and the staff is amazing. Dr. Charpentier is our dentist and she goes above and beyond for her patients as well as her staff. My son had his first appointment today and he’s been telling me since he left how he can’t wait to go back.... This is a great dentistry zero pain awesome people good price and quick work. Zero complaints when it comes to this awesome staff
The whole staff made me feel comfortable during my entire visit...they were very thorough in explaining everything that I was having done and made sure I was ok with everything!
