The whole staff was amazing. I have fears with going to the dentist and everyone there made me feel completely comfortable.
Love Dr. Charpentier and her staff!!! They are always very friendly, caring, and informative. It is the only place that my 8 year old feels comfortable enough to go. It may be hard to think of a dentist's office as "inviting", but it is. They actually feel like family, they joke with you and remember details about your life, and you are not just another patient. Dr. Charpentier is a great dentist. But the billing department has some issues. When she brought in other dentists they had trouble with billing the correct NPI numbers. I️ had a bill for almost 1,000 dollars just because of that. I️ complained and they still couldn’t get it right. Then the timely billing fell into play and I️ was stuck paying the bill. My husband had lost his job and we struggled. I️ manage to get my bill down to 580.00 dollars , but I️ fell behind because that 20.00 dollars I️ tried to pay had to buy milk,... read more
