I began my research on the internet when searching for a dentist .. Hadnt been to a dentist in about 20 yrs bc of Anxiety & no insurance .. But from the minute U walk into this office U lose all anxiety & feel nothing but peace .. I had a appointment on Friday and I'm always very nervous to go. I have to say my appointment went very well. Dr. G TOOK great care of me. She was very friendly and we talked about the snow and about Christmas coming which in return made me relax and not so nervous. Also her assistant was excellent also she was very sweet and also did a great job. I felt like I was visiting instead of at the dentist office which is the hardest place for me to go. What a fantastic dentist office! Excellent services, friendly people, I would definitely recommend them.
This is by far the best dental office I've ever been too! The staff is great and so friendly, they made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit and all of my questions were answereds. They have 3 dentists that all graduated at the top of their class and I've had the pleasure of meeting all 3 of them during my visit here. This is the most well-organized and thorough group I've ever been to! From the front desk to seeing the dentist and everything in between-it is a great flow. As a customer, I can tell that the group works collectively as a team to make it run the way it does. It certainly feels like they go above and beyond from there new customer welcome gift to their comfort menu! Usually there is a missing link in offices, meaning the team is good but the doctor isn't or the doctor is good but the team isnt.... Not the case at Charpentier... read more
