I was scared to get a bit of a “scary” procedure…but Dr.Charnes delivered a swift and painless procedure! She is an experienced professional ! and so sweet and funny ! :)

Always left her office feeling anxious. Her delivery discussing some issues was really rude and unprofessional. And when you ask her to explain things she seems annoyed and responds in a condescending way.

I never write reviews. Reading these negative reviews is mind blowing.. I have been with Dr. Charnes for about 6 years now. I have not one negative thing to say. People rating based on staff is just wrong.. as a doctor is wonderful. My mother is her patient as well and we couldn't be more happy. Dr.CHARNES is one of the most on point doctors I have seen. Terrible experience I went there today because of my pregnancy and waited for three hours just to be told that I can’t be seen because my English isn’t good. This is not okay I’ve been to many doctors appointments and all the doctors used an interpreter over the phone. Or at least They could’ve told me a littler earlier instead of wasting three hours of my time. So dissatisfied with the service that they provided.
