I just had the most off putting experience at your Bakersfield location. My receipt says that I was served by Madison today so that is who I am assuming I was dealing with. I do understand that employees are coached to ask people to join the rewards program. This store is full of cute stuff. I was there for the first time last night and all of the staff was so extremely nice. The girl that helped me Clarissa I think went out of her way to help she was great. I will definitely be back! �
