RecommendedI took my daughter to the ER Monday night due to unbearable migraine pain.The doctor and nurses were so amazing.All very professional and friendly.
they were amazing during my 2 stays I had. all the nurses and doctors were so friendly and told me everything that was going on/happening
I was brought there by ambulance with a fractured sternum and ribs. I was left in the middle of the hallway to suffer. I’ll be following up on Monday at the way I was mistreated. I was treated like a piece of garbage, and wasn’t administered ANYTHING for pain management. Rest assure I’ll be meeting with an attorney after this. Staff was awful- spoke to me like a was faking my pain level. ER staff- I hope you never have to be treated like I was. Shameful! Also, the ER nurse removed my IV so I couldn’t receive any pain relief.
this is the worst hospital I have ever had the misfortune of having to go to the nurses absolutely ignore you they leave you sitting in filth...I had my second daughter at this hospital I was so severely mistreated and abused at this hospital I will never ever forget this the birth of my second daughter was the most horrible experience of my life I was all by myself during a pandemic and doctors and nurses all they do is scream at you call you names and literally abuse you I do not recommend anyone go to this hospital when m... read more

UPDATE 11/13/20 - MY FATHERS IN THE ICU CURRENTLY AT RI HOSPITAL. My father went to the ER today(accompanied by me but wasn’t let in past check in) with symptoms of sepsis/liver failure, totally grey/yellow in the face, previous fever, chills, and dizziness, and low blood pressure. My father was told he was fine and was sent home. No blood work done on him nothing. He had a TOTAL change in condition that was COMPLETLY OVERLOOKED. Doctors & staffing on non emergency side.
I had open heart surgery at Charlton this past Thursday. The surgery itself was efficiently done with no complications, finishing within about 3-4 hours. Props to the cardiac surgery team, especially Doctor Zambrano. I also want to express my deepest gratitude to the staff of the Cardio-Vascular Intensive Care Unit and the Cardio-Vascular Stepdown Unit. I had surgery there yesterday, and the care was excellent dr. Lover me and his team were excellent in every minute since I went into surgery. He explained everything to the point. Since I came into the hospital until I left I felt very please to have chosen Charlton hospital.
