On my way from Greenville, SC to Salisbury, NC, I ran into a problem in the middle of the road construction near Concord. Someone ahead of me must have blown a tire, because suddenly a huge piece of retread tire was flying at me. With no room to swerve, I ran over it. My car started making noises, and luckily I made it to Gerry Wood Honda. I drive in, and they immediately started putting my car back together and making sure it was driveable. Went in for some minor recall issues. These folks were fantastic. No charge to me at all. Free car wash. AND. Get this! I had lost one of my key fobs in the car, had looked EVERY where, plus a new one would cost $260! Well the young woman service tech found that darn thing in the track that front seat slides up and back on. They were simply awesome.
We were looking for a new car cause our old one died with no warning. Our sales person Arron was really great. He listen to what we wonted mostly me cause one driving it with our 2 kids. He didn't push us. We went to look at other cars and came back to Gerrywood. We ended up getting a CRV and love it. Never did I think I would ever pick the car. Glad I did.
