After having to fight to prove I had the paint warranty I paid for, I get my car assessed today. When I get home I see this ding on there that wasn't there before I took it. I hope you paint this. Photo below. Very unhappy. I take excellent care of my car and this upsets me.
We went to Honda with no intentions of walking away with a car. The manager immediately greeting us and sent Joseph our way. We felt at ease and found ourselves doing a test drive. Joseph was not pushy at all. He listened to what we needed and we drove away in a beautiful Accord. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service! I will recommend Joseph to all my friends!
Went to buy a 2018 Accord. They took me outside to look at a 2017 after I repetitively told them I do not want a 2017. Asked for the numbers and they gave them to me on a 2017, not a 2018. Felt like I was talked down to for being a blonde female. I was also told by the bank what my payments would be financing a certain amount, meanwhile the dealership told me it would be $200 more at the same amount that I talked to the bank about, further trying to push me to buy a 2017 and degrading my math skills.
I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Si Friday and my salesman was Brandon, he was awesome and super patient with us through the whole process! I can't remember the finance managers name but he was amazing and super quick through the whole paper work process. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them! Overall I had a wonderful experience with Gerry Wood.
After having a horrible experience with another dealership I decided to give Gerry Wood Honda a chance and I am very glad I did! Everyone I met was phenomenal! My salesman was Joseph McFadden, he is awesome! He and the finance manager were patient and took the time needed to get me into my new 2017 Accord! I would highly recommend this dealership and will be back for my next purchase at Gerry Wood Honda!
I'm a Kia buyer from Gerry Wood and wanted my daughter to join the family. We came to Honda and Brandon told me that you don't offer the referral bonus. I'm very disappointed because Kia and Chrysler offer a referral bonus and you guys dont. How can your other locations offer it and you dont?#unhappycustomer
I went there to test drive a Civic that I had found online. Niya was the lady I spoke with online...very friendly. I did my test drive with Joseph McFadden. He was outstanding! I ended buying the car that I drove. Joseph took the time to show me features on the car and answer all my questions. He's called me 2-3 times since buying the car to make sure I'm happy with the car and offer any help I may need. He had me bring the car in so he could show me some hidden features himself.
