I recently visited the Gerry Wood Honda store and I had the pleasure of speaking with Courtney Sawyer... She was very polite and a very pleasant saleswoman.... I loved the way she catered to my many request.... And answered all my questions honestly... If I'm ever in the market for another car I would definitely come back to Gerry Wood to purchase one just for her customer service and her excitement she has for her job.
If I could give it a 0 amount of stars I would! The sales lady was super nice, but the manager was a completely rude person. We offered a cash offer $1000 less than asking. But we would have more than likely paid more if he would have kind of came back with some sort of a counter offer. But he wouldn't even do that. He wouldn't even speak with us.
