I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place, hands down the best dentist office ever! You will get treated with respect from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The receptionist Tracy is absolutely wonderful and knows everyone and greats them with the best smile, just love her. I have seen many of the dentists and each one is fantastic. Like many, I'm always apprehensive, and a little fearful of dental appointments! The level of care, concern, compassion, and KINDNESS is absolutely AMAZING! I feel so comfortable being a patient here! Tracy at the front desk, we need MILLIONS of her in this world! For YEARS she's been consistently kind, and so welcoming! Great experience. But it’s all a money racket. I was told today, after getting two fillings done, that I shouldn’t be surprised if I come in for a cleaning I’m a few months and the same tooth need a filling. I said excuse me? Why didn’t you just tell me that and I could have paid the difference (becauSe it would have cost more) I’ve paid thousands upon thousands in the last five months on getting all my teeth fixed, paid all cash, never got a discount, and now I was told after he filled a cavity that there’s more cavity in t... read more

It has taken me a year to find another dentist & the one thing I DIDN'T want was a large, commercialized dentist office because I wanted to be on an almost "personal" level with my dentist & the staff. WELP!!! Just by coincidence, I ended up at Charlotte Dentistry & when I first pulled up in the parking lot, I was immediately disappointed because the building was HUGE...BUT BABEE LEMME TELL YA!!
