Miss Tracie at the front desk sets everyone to a good mood right from the start, and that makes a HUGE difference in anyone's day. She is genuine and cares about people and I dare you NOT to leave with a smile on your face! The rest of the staff are just as friendly and delightful! I have a broken molar and I have no idea what needs to be done yet(sitting in a chair now after my x-rays), but their professionalism and positivity have already made what would normally be a harrowing event into a pleasant trip! I can't imagine going to a different place!!! The receptionist, office manager, dental assistants, all the way to the doctors are the most well planned and all around caring and genuine team I have ever experienced!!! I would recommend anyone that needs 5 star dental care to go to Charlotte Dentistry! I am beyond thankful for them in my time of need! I have gone here for over 20 years regardless of my insurance. Service is always good even though in recent years we never seem to get the same dentist or hygienist anymore.
I love my dentist! I have been a customer since 2000 and I have never had anything less than Excellent Service! Kim B. thanks for the hard work removing my spinach smoothie stains!! Lol!!
