My husband bought a Pedego stretch 30 days ago from Charlotte Cycles. Which was a great experience - these guys are top notch! Just took it in for its 30 day tune-up (we live about 50 miles from the shop) called this morning they said bring it in and they worked on it while He waited. Took him right in, tuned up the bike and taught him how to do general maintenance on his own. Also helped him choose some great safety lights for the e-bike. Excellent knowledge of electric assist bikes and can service all brands
Charlotte Cycles is the best. They became a Terra Trike dealer to help me get my wheels, and now they are a full-service cycle shop, specializing in electric bikes, to professional racing bicycles. Convenient to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, they are in a the exploding Cherry neighborhood near uptown. Great help getting me on the road!
