RecommendedCharlotte Cycles has a great selection of bikes and trikes. In addition, they are awesome at customer care. I needed an e-trike which would work on the hills of Beech Mountain. I'm glad we went here to look at bikes. I was surprised that we spent 2 hours learning about and RIDING electric bikes. It was so much fun. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hometown feel in the big city.
Doug absolutely is the BEST when you need work on your ride! I’m not a big review guy, but believe me, the mobile service and expertise is where it’s at! Doug is patient and does an outstanding job of explaining what is going on with your bike, never trying to sell you stuff you don’t need. Highly recommended!

Visited on Friday and test road a recumbent trike. Very knowledgeable crew. Tested two bikes and going back to purchase one next week. About as friendly a sales team that you could find anywhere
