There is a Karen at 337 Baldwin Ave We went to Charlotte Cycles 337 Baldwin Ave to upgrade my bike 1st thing the associate stated as was OUR BIKES START AT $500 Before we walked away I told her the price was never an issue I was hoping I didn't have to come in contact with a (Karen that was white) but ol well Don't shop at Charlotte Cycles 337 Baldwin Ave Tonya Smith Clawson share this with anyone you may know who may go there unfortunately they have really nice bikes but I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from them

They built the bike right before my appointment and I was able to give it a test drive before purchasing. I highly recommend them; I am a customer for life. Love supporting this local small business.
Just to give a little bit of the history here with Charlotte cycles. My family over the past two years has purchased a total of 4 electric bikes from this store. Totaling I believe just under $15,000. Why is this important that I’m sharing this with you? When you purchase a bike from a bike store you are not only buying the bike, you are also developing a relationship with that bike store.
