My wife had our carpets cleaned and I was so impressed with the way they looked after the technicians were finished. My wife is kind of a clean freak so I figured the professional cleaning wouldn’t make that much of a difference but I was definitely proven wrong. I'm so happy I finally gave in and called Charlotte Carpet Cleaning. I had been wanting to have the carpets professionally cleaned for some time but felt guilty spending the money on something that I didn't actually need. The folks at Charlotte Carpet Cleaning do an incredible job. I originally planned on them cleaning my living room, but when I saw what a great job they did and how my carpet colors came to life, I couldn’t help but ask them clean my other two rooms that same day! They took their time and went over my high traffic areas until they looked just as good as the rest! Amazing job, I will be calling Charlotte Carpet Cleaning again and again!

I have owned my own steam cleaner for years and religiously steam cleaned my carpets every other week. The day before my in-laws were due to arrive my steam cleaner quit on me. Out of desperation I had Charlotte Carpet Cleaning Services come to clean my carpets. I was more than happy with their customer service and quality of work. After dealing with careless tenants who allowed their dogs to destroy the carpet in our rental property, I was sure the carpet would have to be replaced. As a last stitch effort to avoid the cost of new carpet I gave Carpet Cleaning Charlotte a call. I am happy to report that not only do we have cleaner carpet, we have new tenants who asked if the carpet had recently been replaced because of its cleanliness and fresh scent. EXCELLANT SERVICE!!!! I searched so many carpet cleaning companys and decided upon Charlotte Carpet Cleaning. I just got a home that had very dirty carpet and was worried that it would not be up to my standard of cleanliness. Mark and Louis from CCC were able to bring my carpet back to life! We had Charlotte Carpet Cleaners clean the carpets in two of our rental houses. We thought the carpets might need to be replaced but they were able to make our carpets look new again and saved us a costly carpet replacement. The carpets went from nasty and crusty, to alive and vibrant. I never thought that the results that Charlotte Carpet Cleaners was able to achieve were even possible.
