great technique – Charlotte carpet cleaning services was on angies list so I thought to give them a try. There cleaning process was so unique. I was happy with the way my carpets came so clean. This company even applied scotch gard to my carpets and it was all included no extras.

it looks new – What a great company Charlotte Carpet Cleaning Services. I had my tile and grout cleaned by them. I knew the tile must have been 10 or 12 years old so I really didn’t expect to see a big difference. I was amazed my tiled looked spectacular. It was if new tile was just put in .I was so surprised at the results that I am having them come to clean my area rug next week

Very Satisfied with Jerry and Seth's Service – Today is the first-time I used CCC service and I feel so happy that I made a great choice by hirng them to clean 7 areas of my carpet. Jerry and Seth called before the scheduled time, very politely asking if it is OK to come earlier. Surely no problem to be ahead of schedule! They arrived in a few minutes, coming in with shoes covered, greeting everyone in the home, explaining the procedures, estimating/inspecting the areas to be cleaned, providing cautions about hot pipe....all... read more

Professional, curteous and dog-friendly! – I used Charlotte Carpet Cleaners for the first time today to have my sofa set and upstairs carpets cleaned, and was so impressed that I felt the need to write a review immediately upon their completion. The two gentlemen arrived 15 minutes early and were extremely polite. They were conscientious of my hardwood floors and furniture, and performed a wonderfully thorough job. Excellent Service – I scheduled appointments with Charlotte Carpet Cleaners for my own home as well as my Mother's. Seth and Jerry were in contact with me while at my Mother's home and then when they were on their way to mine which I really liked because my schedule is very erratic. Both Seth and Jerry were polite, informative, and very respectful! They did an amazing job on my carpets and were able to remove spots I thought were there for good. Awesome Service! – I had scheduled an appointment with Charlotte Carpet Cleaners to have pet stains removed and cleaned from 2 rooms. George and Seth arrived 15 minutes early, were extremetly courteous, and did an outstanding job! They even cleaned my traffic areas downstairs even though I didn't "sign up" for that. My carpets look, and smell great! I am very pleased, and I highly recommend them!

Could not be happier with Charlotte Carpet Cleaning – Have dealt with this carpet cleaning company for three visits. They have been early twice and are always so professional. The one time they were running behind, they called to keep me updated and offered to reschedule. I couldn't believe their customer service. They are very service oriented. Very Satisfied with Charlotte Carpet Cleaning Services – Charlotte Carpet Cleaning Service cleaned my office last week. The results that we got are excellent. All the odor’s and spots are gone and the place looks as though it has been given a new look. The place smells so good now... will surely recommend to any one who may need carpet cleaning services. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOW I KNOW WHY – Seth and George were GREAT and I will definately use them again very soon. They did an amazing job in the 6 rooms they cleaned the carpet in. The process was seamless, fast and efficient. They were professional and I have no qualms in recommending them to anyone. Infact they gave me a quote to clean a 50+ year old chair and the grout in our kitchen. The price they quoted was about 40% cheaper than another grout cleaning company i had previously spoken to.
