They can Get Your Carpet Clean – Our carpet was so dirty, I didn't think anyone could get it clean. Spoke with the person who schedules and they recommended the restoration cleaning. This included getting out all the spots and stains and it worked so well! My husband could not believe it was the same carpet. They had some special equipment for deep steam cleaning. We are so satisfied. They were about 20 minutes late, but called prior to the appointment to tell me. We will call them back again.

Carpet Cleaning Professionals – Much better carpet cleaning job than the company we had last year. This year we used Charlotte Carpet Cleaning Services this year and they did a Great Job. They were masters at pet spots and pet odor removal. They have lots of tricks to get out all sort of mysterious spot that have appeared since last year. They were easy to work with and price was reasonable. Overall it’s a great carpet cleaning service

Amazing Job!!! – I just had Seth and George from Charlotte Carpet Cleaning Service to the house and they did an amazing job. I had wine stains, and soiled carpet , etc. they made my carpet look like new. By far they were the most polite young men and represented they company extremely well. CCC should be very proud of them.

Carpet Cleaning Done Right in Charlotte – My experience with Charlotte Carpet Cleaners was positive in every way. I had them come clean a couch I inherited -- good condition but with dog hair, daily wear and stains from the previous owner. Also, scheduled the 3 room special. They were professional, quick and did an amazing job cleaning the sofa and carpets. Their price was very reasonable also. Now, I have no worries having my 10 month old crawl on and cruise along the couch and carpet. Thanks Guys!

Outstanding! – Gurgen and Seth came to clean my carpets today. I have only used the SS service and wanted to try something different - I was NOT disappointed! These 2 guys worked hard and were friendly and professional - they got right to work and my carpets look brand new even though they are now 7 years old. I will never go back to my old carpet cleaners and will always call CCC! Not only do my carpets look alot better it was more affordable too! Thanks for the GREAT job!!!!!!

Excellent job on our rental property – I had a tenant move out and leave us with a giant mess. The tenants were not suppose to have pets at all but after a little investigating with the neighbors I found out they had several cats and a dog. There were more than 75 pet stains that I had counted on the carpet, it seed like they let the pets use the carpet as a litter box. Steam cleaning is the best service – I first hired one of those carpet dry cleaning companies to come out and clean 7 rooms in my home. I heard a lot of good things about instantly dry carpets and how much better it is than steam cleaning. WRONG. First of all I was quoted 150.00 on the phone. When they got there everything was extra, stain treatments, Deodorizer, Protector, Stairs were charged per step, walk in closets were extra, they had a fuel surcharge, plus tax. Great job cleaning our house – We had charlotte carpet cleaning services come in do some pre-spring cleaning for us. We had them clean our carpets, our tile and grout in the kitchens and bath, Couch, loveseat, chair, and ottoman. We have two dogs that have full run of the house. Because of that we had red clay mud everywhere from them tracking it in from outside. We also had several yellow pet spots, we had magic marker from our 3 year old daughter on the carpet. The greatest carpet cleaners in town! Second time they serviced our home. With 3 children, two dogs and a cat they were in pretty rough shape. Two very polite team members showed up (on time) and explained the whole process to me first and gave me a written quote, it was $50.00 less than the estimate over the phone, that was awesome.
