Food took too long to come, but everything tasted great when it finally arrived.
I took my parents to Charlies for there anniversary as they and I love the food. My dad ordered the clams and linguine and to our surprise he found a rock in the food. I immediately told our server who informed the manager. Anthony the GM apologized and informed us that it happens as it must have come with the clams. He informed me that my father's meal would be taken off the bill. He also offered us a complimentary desert. That right there is customer service. We look farward to our next meal.
