This is a place where on a nice day you can't expect to get a seat right away. That is just the way it is. So go the the middle floor bar and order a drink and wait. It is worth it to sit and look at the view. Get some delicious tacos or burgers on the lower levels. The upper level has chicken picatta which is worth the wait. This is the type of place where people want to take there time and not just eat and run. Enjoyed it much!!!!
Took a large group for Breakfast and Service was horrible, slow and half the table was done eating before the other half got their food.
I have been coming to Charlie's since it opened--it has always been a roll of the dice on whether or not there will be good service (or any service at all). Father's Day Brunch was so disappointing:( no wait to sit, but waited over an hour for terrible pancakes and 30 min for coffee...
Delicious food, great location, super fun atmosphere and very friendly staff. I feel like we are on vacation whenever I visit Charlies. Whether we are with our family or with friends ~ it is always a great time at Charlies! Though parking is sometimes tricky, we have usually been lucky taking a drive through the parking lot. I'm surprised how many times someone is leaving when we get there. Otherwise, the walk isn't too bad. We tried to go to Charlie's the other day and the parking lot was full (surprise, surprise) and the valet wasn't out front. The parking lot across the street wasn't blocked off or full so we parked in there. As we were getting out of our cars a very rude man told us we couldn't park here it was for valet only, we explained there was no valet and he rudely told us to leave and park on the street.
