Menu changed and terrible service. Thank goodness for their manager, I'd say if he wasn't so great we wouldn't come back. He encouraged us to give Charlie's a second chance. Sadly, this used to be our favorite place. The tacos and Bloody Mary's used to be the best, but with the menu change not so much! 11 minutes to say hi and when I ordered a drink she told me we weren't doing that now because food orders needed to be in with in 3 minutes. We've eaten there twice. Once upstairs and once downstairs. Food is okay, but the location is great.

First time there. Had a great experience. The service and food was great. A very relaxing atmosphere.
Good food. Very busy, would have been fun to sit outside, but long wait for a table. We were able to get seated inside right away.

The fried chicken was incredible and the fried avocado not bad either! The pickled onion made the fish tacos otherwise they would have been a little boring. Great service and awesome views!
Coconut mojito was great. Location is great. Service was meh. We were seated inside upstairs. I ordered the nachos for $10.95 and was very disappointed with the portion size and presentation. **Refer to comment for picture. When I informed our waiter, he said I should not have ordered nachos without meat (even though I am a vegetarian) and that instead of ordering the nachos upstairs, where we were seated, I should have ordered them downstairs from the wharf menu since those are apparently your "stereotypical mountain of nac... read more
