The food was amazing great taste the portions were big and the food was fresh
No hostess. We stood by the sign that says wait to be seated for 5 minutes; servers walked by and nobody acknowledged us. Waited 15 min for a server to come get our drink order. 10 min later I realized I was drinking water with a dead fly in it. The server didn’t even apologize. I asked for mayo - never got it. The server never checked on us. We will never be back. Very disappointing.
REALLY rude host person - hung up on me and will not answer calls. Saw their ad at KW airport when I arrived. We just ordered from Uber Eats. Order arrived - missing items. Have tried to call 15 times since the woman hung up on me - even had American Express call - no answer. BAD CLIENT SERVICE. Not sure I want to eat the food of a company who would not event take a call.
Charlie Mac's is one of our favorite places for dinner, afternoon cold beverage, sports, etc. The bartenders are attentive and friendly. It is hard to walk past it because the bbq smells so delicious!
