Always a fun place to share a birthday celebration with my sister. 1/2 way between Bedford and Richmond. Perfect. And the wine tasting next door was a nice addition to our tradition.
My wife and I live in Amelia and go up to Charley's @ least twice monthly! We enjoy their luncheon menu, especially their Red Roasted Pepper Crab soup. Weather permitting we sit on the deck overlooking water. We highly recommend.
Awesome food, service, venue!!!! Plan to return and glad we stumbled on to this restaurant.

Well the atmosphere was excellent the menu was terrible. It was on family weekend and menu had nothing for the younger crowd, not to mention all the dishes tasted the same.it will be hard to go back

Been to Charley's many times and granddaughter goes a lot also while in school there. We love it and will continue to keep going. Had a great Brunch on Sunday the 11th and even sat outside to be able to listen to the nice relaxing sound of the water. The food was so good and the service was excellent. Please give it a try and if you've had a bad experience the first time, I know the second will be superb.
