This place..(Charleys and T.A)..is not very friendly to black people..I guess I shouldn't be surprised do to their location...I watched and observed how the cashiers at Charley and the t.a clerks greeted their own kind and how they didn't greet black people...it was very noticeable...you get the feeling of ..you know they don't want to help or serve you..but they know they have to...very uncomfortable...next time I have to pass through here I think I will just bring a bag lunch...
I ordered the original steak sandwich today and it was terrible meat smelled spoiled
Very slow service long wait about 10 minutes if not longerbefore my order was taken not enough help only two people’s working no one had on hairnets. My food didn’t taste good like it have taste at all Charlie’s. I didn’t taste any cheese at all on my sandwich and the green pepper was raw. I thought it would have been sautéed and then I found hair in my food Which was blonde and I am not blonde. I will not be going back.
I eat here everytime I come through, and always before it's great service and very good food. Today not so much. Annabelle was apathetic and even rude, not only to but l myself but to others in line. I can overlook that, everyone has a bad day from time to time. But I want my money's worth. This is definitely isn't happening if she is making the sandwichs.
