I highly recommend Matt DeAntonio for your real estate needs in Charleston/IOP/Sullivan's Island area. My husband and I were out of town buyers looking for a house in a specific area of IOP. Matt knows the area and market very well - and made the process understandable and easy. I was a first-time home buyer so had very little knowledge of what was needed to begin the process through the close. I would not hesitate to reach out to Matt for his help.

We had the best experience, working with Matt. My husband had a very big list, of things he wanted in his dream house, and to my surprise Matt found a house with it all and then some. We had a few challenges and Matt protected and watch our interests the whole way. Even while touring a great many homes, with a toddler and two elementary age boys, he had a great deal of patience. He is very professional, while also a great family man. I would recommend Matt to anyone over and over again!!!!!

Matt sold our our property downtown in under the typical listing time and it was a great experience. He has a keen insight for selling strategies and pricing for the area. Matt was quick to provide updates, feedback and handled our tenants well in respect to showings. He has a lot of friends and contacts in the area which helped in various stages of the process. I would certainly use Matt again in selling or buying a home in Charleston for sure. JH
