Matt is truly the best! Several family members of mine have worked with him as well and we simply would not work with another realtor in the Charleston area! He is warm, accessible, incredibly thorough and professional. Matt is very well connected in Charleston and helped us more than I could imagine every step of the way. We bought our dream home for a great price and have Matt to thank for it!

Matt is calm (when I am not, especially) and knowledgeable and a thoroughly pleasant gentleman. We started the process in June and it took months to finally close, but he kept on it and was most helpful.

I have been working with Matt for just over 5 months now. I will speak to his character later but let me first address the numbers. In those 5 months he listed and sold my first home at 20K above the Zillow estimate. It was on the market less than 30 days and we got 95% of our asking price. Excellent experience selling our home in Mt. Pleasant with Matt. We look forward to our search in finding a new home in which he will represent us as well. Have done several real estate transactions with Matt and every experience was excellent. Most recently we sold our house with him in 4 days at full asking price can't have a better transaction then that! Would highly recommend.
