Matt was highly recommended among his peers. He sold our beach house which has some repair issues that came up at closing. He navigated those complexities with ease. We highly recommend him without reserve. He is honest and easy to work with and he is a closer.

Matt was great to work with. He helped us every step of the way. From selling our old home and purchasing the new one. He even kept an eye out for our pets during home showings. Matt helped in the estate sale of my mother’s house. It was a complicated situation but he helped guide us through negotiations and got the house sold. Matt helped us sell a new spec build on the Isle of Palms. He and Michael can to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with him after that was the same. He proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and updated photographs, and gave me good thoughtfully critical advice on the property. The sale went very well and We will work with Matt and Michael in the future.

Matt was great! As a first time home buyer I was not at all familiar with the process. He made everything very clear and was always happy to explain anything that I was uncertain with. Matt DeAntonio is a cut above the rest. There are very few associates that excel in every area. He is consistent in his service to you as a client and goes above and beyond to make everything seamless. I had a difficult sale of a house and property and thanks to Matt's professionalism, perseverance and always positive demeanor, we had a successful sale and everyone on both sides was extremely happy.
