Let me tell you why: rude office staff, a revolving door of young people, a doctor who has a fast and furious routine lacking in eye health follow up, couple that with an optical office with overpriced frames staffed by a fast talking, cocky salesman and slow lab service. Dr Shields and his team are always helpful, friendly, and professional! He has helped my eyes tremendously with my new glasses.
Love this place. Dr Charlie is such a great person. I have been going to him for about 30 yrs. Won’t go anywhere else.
