I was referred to DR Kim by another Duly Orthopedic Surgeon, only to be very disappointed by the care and concern provided by DR. Kim. I saw DR. Kim with pain in my Left Hip. Dr. Kim performed a physical exam of the left hip, took Xray and a MRI of left hip ONLY to conclude that he found no major problems with the left hip and he could not understand why I was in so much pain. First thing first, there is one thing Duly absolutly needs to do immediately: When you call one of their dozens (if not hundreds) of phone numbers, the greeting *needs* to say what office you are calling. I've spent at least a half hour being passed around, told that I have the wrong office, getting the next "correct" number from the person I'm talking to, then reaching another incorrect number. I love my doctors at Duly, but due to the Billing department who cannot get my bill right I am seriously considering changing to a different group. At the end of last year, I opted for a payment plan as I was told I owed over $2000. My first mistake!! I was switching from my insurance to Medicare and as a result some of my insurance claims had been denied. I was told that once I got my Medicare card and gave Duly my number, they would resubmit the claims to Medicare and my new insurance. Well apparently, once you're on a ... read more
My husband and I have been going to Dr Chauhan for over 10 years . He is the kindest Dr with a wonderful bedside manner. He is calm, not rushed and listens to his patients! Dennis and I thoroughly recommend him !!
I have been a patient of DuPage Medical/Duly Health and Care for almost 30 years. I WAS a happy client until DuPage Medical was bought by Duly Health. Two of my doctors have left their organization. It is now DIFFICULT to get a procedure scheduled. Their billing department appears to make many MISTAKES. I am beginning to transition to another provider.
Location is horrible. Hard to bring in someone in a wheelchair, no place to stop at front door, and only one door works!! So how is a medical building so unaccessible for disabled patients????????
Very nasty individual lacking tremendous integrity and proper professional procedure of caring for a patient
