They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
