Rick Montagna was rude in just the first contact I had with him. I wish I could post screenshots of the way he was talking to me. I'm just trying to buy a house dude. I'm being serious, asking for extra photos of the listing because the photos he had up were tiny, I couldn't see much. And he started asking for my email, I told him he could just send photos on facebook messenger, he refused and told me to stop wasting his time and that I wasn't being serious, just messing around. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this firm at all. Ron Vitello whom I never met contacted me via Facebook and his unprofessional comments to my Facebook page have prompted me to never recommend him or any agency he works for. Do yourselves a favor and stay clear. I also have a friend that has used him and was very disappointed. Very unlikely to use ever.
