Cleaning and exam went smooth. The staff is friendly and gets right to work. I would recommend this office.
My 5 yr. old daughter went in to have a consult and he was extremely rude to myself and my daughter. He was very condescending and even physically tried to hold down my daughter without my permission. Even the Dental Assistant profusely apologized and stated that there are much better dentists here and she's sorry. Very unprofessional. He did not care about his approach and did not try to make her feel comfortable whatsoever. She was extremely upset and never wants to go back to another dentist again. he put my childs hardware in backwards! acted like this was no big deal. he couldn't eat for a week. we didnt know what was wrong. my other child was traumatized there. he yelled at her telling her he was going to tie her hands down if she didn't quit moving when he was giving her injections in her front upper gums! he told her she wasn't feeling no pain. we changed dentist. something is not right about that man.
After satisfactory cleaning appts I took my 9yr old daughter in because her primary tooth was still entact and her permanemt tooth grew in sideways. I had to tell the hygenist again the reason for the visit as she went to clesn her teeth. When Dr keithline came to do his "full" exam to determine treatment options he grabbed her tooth with his hand, pulled on it, and flipped it out of her mouth then walked out. My daughter has gone to Dr. Keithline since she was 3 years old. When she was 3 yrs she had a broken tooth and they did a great job with everything she didn't even cry when they fixed it. She is now almost 11 years old and we still go every 6 months. They are GREAT!!!
I am very let down with his new atmoshpere, my kids went to him when he was in his smaller office and I like him alot more then. His staff now is way too big, not very helpful and unprofessional! It is like a cattle call now, no personal care at all anymore after 5 years with him I am finding a new dentist. His hygienist was very rude to me, she makes her money off of cleanings didnt need them so her attitude changed, the staff was not knowlegable about what my son was even there for. I drive from Stillwater, OK and I will keep driving as long as I can because they have treated my son so will and the love that Barbara gives him everytime we are there is wonderful.
this facility is handicapped friendly, waiting room and customer services skills are pleasant.
Dr. Keithline has the nicest staff ever...they are so happy and helpful. They seem to really care about the patients.
