This is very unfortunate for Dr. Long because we never made it to our appointment to see him. This was due simply to the very poor experience in scheduling an appointment. The interrogation over my insurance provider (BCBS) for my newborn was absurd. Being treated with a condescending attitude didn't sit well with me. Again, very unfortunate because we heard great things about Dr. Long himself. If you can get past the office staff, give him a shot.
