New unit installed last year, Charles Berg been to the House three times. First said it was operator issue (Messing with Thermostat), Second blamed on April Storm, and Today waiting. Came out yesterday. Oh We don't have the part. Called this morning. We found the part and will be out to install. That was a 8am. Its now past noon. and 86 in the House. I would think that a little priority on their part would be in hand. Don't Buy or use their services.
So very grateful to Mason & Josh!!! Excellent customer service & EXPERT knowledge! Thankful that they are still family-owned & operated…..it makes all the difference…TRUST ME!
Our experience from start to finish was great. Pedro was very professional and knowledgeable and got us cooling again quickly!
Pedro was our fabulous sales person - he gave us great guidance on the type of system and didn't try to over sell on features we didn't need. We got several quotes, but Berg stood out. Then Josh and Manny did a fabulous install. They were friendly, cleaned up after, and gave a nice overview of the control panel. I highly recommend Berg, and apparently so does everyone at my work which I learned after selecting them. They even fit me in their tight schedule and gave me a floor unit while I wait for install day.
Employee Josh Rowan is an artisan in his craft and a pleasure to deal with.
