Best company in town by a long shot.
Great company. From the first phone call someone was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Had working AC before the weekend!
I've only used Charles Berg for service & repair since I've moved to Gainesville from Clay County. Although I bought a new constructed home, all of the neighbors realized the builder used materials, etc. that were not the best quality, but Charles Berg has kept me cool & warm in the appropriate seasons. I use their twice a year maintenance program and I like each of the service employees who have serviced my system. They take their time and keep me informed throughout the inspection routine and maintenance procedures.
