I had a great experience with Charles Berg HVAC. The technician, Pedro, was knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant. Their office staff got the appointment scheduled and were very good with follow up sending me email notifications and text messages to let me know the technician was on his way. I highly recommend Charles Berg HVAC and would call them again should the need arise.
Well let me start by saying our past experiences with CB have been very positive but unfortunately our last experience was less then desirable. We had called them to do a simple install of a NEST thermostat and it turned into a fiasco. We wound up not having any heat the past 5 days through the coldest weather in 20 years. I had a Trane A/C unit installed in my home by Charles Berg Enterprises. I want to thank Mr. Berg, Thomas, Manny, Hunter, Gator, and everyone else involved in the installation. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. It is so nice to experience great customer service these days.
All local dealers were closed due to a hurricane or they didn't have the part that I needed in stock. Called Charles Berg Ent in Gainsville Fl and spoke to Cindy who was extremely helpful on the phone. Texted a photo of my old part and she confirmed that they had a new one in stock. Drove to Gainsville on a Friday afternoon because I didn't want to be without A/C for the weekend. A short time latter the part was installed and I was up and running. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
