We have had CB at our house several times over the years. The latest visit, for a specialized cooling unit was consistent with previous visits: professional and efficient communications with the office in arranging an appointment, communications when the technician was on the way, a polite, professional technician who knew his stuff (J.J.) and a successful repair late on a Friday afternoon. We have used other HVAC here in town but there is a reason why CB is now our first call.
Best service, glad we switched to Charles Berg for our home and business. Very professional, helpful and cares about their customers.
Mason and his trainee Tim were excellent, as is always the case with Charles Berg.
