Hands down the worst service I've ever received. Brought in my Mercedes CLS 450 due to a hit and run leaving a dent on the passenger side. They initially said it would take 5 days. It turned into about 3 weeks, of which I repeatedly had to call to receive any update as to why the repair was so delayed.
