Hands down the worst service I've ever received. Brought in my Mercedes CLS 450 due to a hit and run leaving a dent on the passenger side. They initially said it would take 5 days. It turned into about 3 weeks, of which I repeatedly had to call to receive any update as to why the repair was so delayed. I was told it was ready and went in to pick it up, saw microscratches all over the car from improper washing, and multiple deep scratches that were not there before it was brought in.
