They are trying to help me to not go blind in my left eye!
The staff was no welcome don't speak,they walk in the office and don't say a word maybe they just didn't speak to me. Dr. Garcia is very good he talks to you and speak
Dr. Ruda & his staff have been great in explaining my father's surgical procedure, handling all the insurance paperwork and the follow up visits have been great. Highly recommend The Museum District Eye Center. Keep up the good work.

I don't understand why the patients can't be seen according to the time they are checked in and seen. If we have an appointment at 2pm and another patient has an appointment at 1:45pm but we arrive first and are seen first then they shouldn't get preferential treatment according to the time they scheduled their appointment. It's not the 2pm appointment patients fault that the 1:45pm patient came in late, we shouldn't have to allow them to be seen before us especially if we arrive to our appointment early.
