Best eye Dr. Very knowledgeable, friendly with patients, and a pioneer in his offering opportunities to learn
Horrible. Dr Garcia does not do his job. The students are doing his job. He does not even do eye exams, the students are doing them. I know they got to learn from patients, but the doctor should do the exam as well. You never know, they may have missed something.
Went for retina exam, had a detachment. Super helpful and great suggestions for keeping my eyes healthy

Its 5:30 and my appointment at 4 pm and still waiting. He better be good or I am not coming back. This is ridiculous wait. 5:40 and I am leaving

In August I saw Dr. Garcia for chronic dry eye. His first reaction was to blame me for doing this to myself. He prescribed medication that was expensive, ineffective and painful. In January I called twice for an appointment; the machine said I would receive a call back in 30 minutes, but I never heard back from them. I went to another doctor, who identified several issues Garcia had missed, and is now treating them. I feel my time with Garcia was a waste and my condition is worse because of him
