Dr. Garcia is very friendly and easy to talk to. He has given me sight in my right eye I've never had. He was not able to save the sight in my left eye but it was,not for trying. It was due to my health that I lost the sight. I highly recommend him to everyone that needs a specialist. Thank you Dr. Garcia for all you've done for me.
