I've been a patient for I know 10 plus years at least and I must say I'm very disappointed with the new staff .I've yet to receive a follow up call from my moat recent eye exam and also they act as if you're bothering them when you call ... Looking for a new Dr as I type this
Excellent service. Found my insurance before I could look up the number to call and get it. Above and beyond.
Made an appointment two weeks in advance I stay about an hour away. I was told through a good friend that this was the place to go to. I called to let them know I was in traffic due to a eighteen willer turned over she did grant me an additional 30 min. However at first she said only 15 mins. Long story short I get there at 9:31 am she said she would have to reschedule and she didn’t even see my insurance provider witch I gave to them two weeks ago. Friendly. Good prices. This is a real eye doctor. Not one of those students via video link remote equipment shops. Medicare accepted when I went 2 weeks ago. Last year I made the mistake of using the shop up the road and after 2 tries they with bad glasses they gave up and said go see a real eye doctor so I did. Now I have good glasses that work right.
The doctor was good, except for her front office staff. First time going & I was very disappointed. I will stick with my regular doctor, Dr. Lynch, in Red Oak. I was lazy that day.
