One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly.
