I had been looking at reviews of a bunch of Huntsville salons and Charisma had 5 stars on Facebook and Google! I decided to try it out and I LOVED it! I called the morning of needing an appointment and got one within 2 hours. Bailey was amazing!! She made sure to talk and ask lots of questions not only about my hair but life! I will definitely be back! The prices aren’t ridiculous and the salon is extremely classy and clean!
This place ! Love the atmosphere, all of the staff are so friendly and professional. Bailey is the sweetest thing ever, made me feel so comfortable with my haircut, Already booked my next appointment. For eyebrows, Heather is the best ever
They were wonderful, fit me in on a short notice. Wendy was patience with me and knew exactly what wanted for my hair. If you need a change and not getting what you need for your hair, this is the place to be. My color and cut was perfect. I already schedule another appointment. :)

You walk in and you know you have stepped into a very classy salon. The staff seems to never meet a stranger and after a few visits you feel like family. Enola is a fabulous colorist, stylist and nail expert. I needed a last minute wash and blow out and Enola set me up with Jeff and he was fantastic!! Shannon, Wendy and the other staff are all just the best combination of talented people! Can hardly wait to go back.
I came here for the first time 2 years ago. I don’t get my hair done regularly but I have decided I’m ready for a change and will be driving to see Wendy all the way from Clarksville, TN. She does amazing work and is so kind! 10/10 would recommend this salon!!
